Integrate your account with Google and Yandex services

We recommend integrating your account with Google and Yandex services to grab and analyze additional
powerful keyword insights: traffic details (Google.Analytics, Yandex.Metrica), the number of backlinks and index
status report (Yandex.Webmaster).

What's more, integration with search consoles allows researching and harvesting targeted keywords directly from
Google Analytics and Yandex.Metrica reports. Apart from collecting the keywords for you, we pull additional
details for each keyword: the number of Visits, Bounce Rate, Pages per session, and the Time a user spent on the
website.

To get the number of impressions in Google and Yandex, the number of clicks and the average position over the
period, integrate your account with Google Search Console and Yandex.Webmaster.

What metrics we collect and where you can view them?

You can view and analyze search traffic details, a total number of backlinks and indexed pages in the List of
projects
on the Projects page. Or you can set up and customize one or several widgets on the Analytics page:
Backlinks, Search traffic and Index Status widgets.

How do we grab the data?

Algorithm
We pull data from Google consoles each time you run a rankings report for your project. To run a rankings
report, press a button in the list of projects or on the Ranks page.

The Topvisor Rank Tracker collects the number of Visits for the previous day. This allows generating a
comprehensive report (include all visits during 24 hours). If you grab data for the current day, you may risk
missing some later visits, so the report you'll get might be incomplete. Let's say, you collect traffic details in
the morning, whereas the most visitors came to your website in the evening. Collecting data for the previous
day allows avoiding incorrect and incomplete reports.

If you schedule your ranking reports to run every day, each report will show traffic data for the previous date.
For example, you tracked rankings on May 13, and the Tool will pull a total number of Visits on May 12.

If you track rankings on-demand (manually), we'll grab traffic data for the date of the last update. For example,
the last time you updated your rankings on May 12. If you run a ranking report again on May 30, the Tool will
pull the total number of Visits for May 12.
