Rankings. Data export
Export your data in the available formats on the Rank tracker page: CSV, XLSX, PDF, or HTML. Additional options are available for some formats.
Please note that data is exported 'as it's displayed on the screen' or 'as it is'. To export data of a certain search engine, location or group for the applied period or selected dates in the calendar, apply the filters and pick the options you need before export.
Data export 'as it is' in the compare mode is available.
Export to CSV
CSV (Comma‑Separated Values) file stores tabular data (numbers and text) in plain text. You can use on of the following apps to open and edit a CSV file: Microsoft Excel, Numbers, Google Sheets, Notepad etc.

To change a delimiter, complete as follows:
- Move to the Account settings.
- Select a delimiter: (,) or (;).
- Press Save.
To change encoding, complete as follows:
- Move to the Account settings.
- Select file encoding.
- Press Save.

To export data to CSV, complete as follows:
- Move to the Rankings page.
- Press on the toolbar, then press next to CSV.
- Add columns for export and press OK.

Export to XLSX
XLSX is a file extension for an open XML spreadsheet file format used by Microsoft Excel.
You can use one of the following applications to open and edit a CSV file: Microsoft Excel, Numbers, Google Sheets, etc.

- Move to the Rank Tracker page.
- Press on the toolbar, then press next to XLSX.
- Manage columns for export and press OK.

Compact mode
You can add and export Relevant URLs to the report in a separate column or as the links in the cells with keyword ranks (you'll need to hover over a cell to view a URL). Select a Compact mode (in one cell) and a Relevant URLs option to hide URLs in the XLSX report.

Export to PDF
Portable Document Format (PDF) a file format developed by Adobe Systems to present documents, including text formatting and images, in a manner independent of application software, hardware, and operating systems. PDF viewers are generally provided free of charge, and many versions are available from a variety of sources including an official free Adobe Acrobat application.

HTML (HyperText Markup Language) is the standard markup language for creating web pages and web applications. HTML documents can be open to view by any popular browser.
