Filters / Bulk operations

We have designed various bulk tools and filters to manage your keywords. For example, you may filter keywords by search volume or by rank, sort keyword groups by total search volume or alphabetically, apply and remove color tags, etc.

Default and Advanced keyword modes support different keyword filters. Some filters can be applied the dashboard without opening a filters/bulk operations dialog window.

To open a filters/bulk operations menu, complete as follows:

  1. Create a project or pick one from the list.
  2. Move to the Keywords page.
  3. Press on the toolbar.
  4. Select a filter, options and press OK.

List of filters

Default mode

  • Filter by search volume.
  • Filter by a keyword rank.
  • Sort groups by a total search volume.
  • Sort keywords in groups by search volume.
  • Sort groups alphabetically.
  • Sort groups by a creation date.
  • Operation: Apply a color tag.
  • Operation: Find and replace.
  • Operation: Find and replace target URLs.
  • Operation: Assign a target URL.
  • Operation: Remove empty groups.
  • Operation: Remove inactive (disabled) groups.
  • Operation: Remove all groups and keywords in groups.

Advanced mode

  • Sort groups by a creation date;
  • Operation: Find and replace;
