  1. Go to Tickets.
  2. Create a new ticket.
  3. Search by tickets.
  4. Filter by open/closed tickets.
  5. Ticket title. Click on the title to close/open the ticket or move the last message to a new ticket (if, for example, you have another question).
  6. Mute or change the sound of ticket notifications.
  7. Continue chat on the subject of the ticket.
