  1. Go to Tickets.
  2. Create a new ticket.
  3. Search by tickets.
  4. Filter by open/closed tickets.
  5. Ticket title. Click on the title to close/open the ticket or start the new one with the last message (if, for example, you have another question).
  6. Mute or change the sound of ticket notifications.
  7. Continue chatting on the subject of the ticket.
