Color tags in the project list
You can use color tags to sort and manage your projects without creating folders. The color tags you apply are displayed on the left edge of a project panel in the project list. You can select a color tag in the drop-down list on the toolbar to switch to a group of projects tagged with this color.
How do I utilize tags?
Add tags to the project
To add one or several tags to your project, follow the below instruction:
- Create a project or pick one from the list.
- Click on the left edge of the project panel.
- Add one or several tags.
You may add up to 4 different color tags to the same project.
By default all tags named after their colors: Red, Orange, Yellow, Blue, Purple, Green, Magenta, Dark blue and Turquoise. If you need to rename a tag, hover over it, press a pencil icon, and enter a name. To confirm, press a pencil icon once again.
If you need to change a default sorting of the color-tagged projects, follow the below instruction:
- Open a drop-down list of tags.
- Pick a tag you want to move on the list.
- Drag and drop a tag on the list.
