Export to XLSX
XLSX is a file extension for an open XML spreadsheet file format used by Microsoft Excel.
You can use one of the following applications to open and edit a CSV file:
Microsoft Excel,
Numbers,
Google Sheets,
etc.
XLSX report with ranking history
To export data to XLSX, complete as follows:
- Move to the Rank Tracker page.
- Press on the toolbar,
then press next to XLSX.
- Manage columns for export and press OK.

To export data to XLSX with ranking history grouped into tabs, complete as follows:
- Move to the Rank Tracker page.
- Switch to compare mode.
- Press on the toolbar,
then press next to XLSX (Tabs).
- Add columns for export and press OK.

Compact mode
You can add and export Relevant URLs to the report in a separate column or as the links in the cells with keyword ranks (you'll need to hover over a cell
to view a URL). Select a
Compact mode (in one cell) and a
Relevant URLs option to hide URLs in the XLSX report.
