Working with prompts

To analyze mentions in AIs, you need to add prompts

How to add prompts

1. Go to AI Tracker
2. Click on the toolbar.
3. Press Add prompts in the drop‑down list.
4. Select group if necessary.
5. Upload from file, enter or paste prompts from the clipboard, one per line. To move to a new line in the input field, press Shift + Enter.
6. Tap or Enter to add prompts.

UI Map

1. Open Tool Settings and go to the adding prompts section.
2. All groups or creating a new group, as well as moving prompts to another group.
3. Loading a list of prompts from a file.
4. Prompt mode and Dustbin.
5. List of prompts and the ability to tick all or several prompts for mass actions.
6. Field for entering prompts and adding them button.

How to delete prompts

• Hover over the prompt in the mentions table. Click on the icon  to the right of the prompt;
• Tap  on the toolbar and press Add prompts in the drop‑down list. Tick necessary prompts and click Delete.

How to restore prompts

1. Click  on the toolbar.
2. PressAdd prompts in the drop‑down list.
3. Press  to go to Dustbin.
4. Tick necessary prompts and click Restore.

How to add groups

1. Click  on the toolbar.
2. PressAdd prompts in the drop‑down list.
3. Tap All groups and enter group name.
4. Click Add: [Group name] under the input field.

How to move prompts to another group

1. Click  on the toolbar.
2. PressAdd prompts in the drop‑down list.
3. Tick necessary prompts and pick a group in Move menu above prompts list.
