How to change tool settings

  1. Go to AI Tracker.
  2. Click  on the toolbar.
  3. Press Tool settings in the drop‑down list.

Brand information

Filling in the brand information fields is optional, but we recommend doing so. This helps our crawler better understand which brand is mentioned in AI response and identify mentions more accurately. You can also adjust context settings, language, and region to refine the analysis.

Name

Brand name. Here you can specify the official brand name, for example, "Topvisor" or "Hyundai".

Aliases

Alternative names by which the brand might be known to the neural network. Separate aliases with commas. For example:

  • Topvizor, top vizor;
  • Hundai, Hyunday, Hyun dae.

If any of the specified aliases appear in the neural network's response, the report will count it as a brand mention. Aliases do not have to resemble the primary brand name. For instance, you could add the names of various residential complexes built by the same developer as aliases—useful if you are promoting the developer's portfolio as a whole and want the report to capture mentions of any of their specific developments.

Description

Briefly describe what the specified brand or company does. This will help the algorithm that detects brand mentions in the AI's response distinguish the brand from others.

The AI is confusing my brand with a similar one. How can I fix it?
In the brand description, you can provide clear instructions for AI on how to recognize your brand. For example, you could write: "Our brand is spelled 'Topvisor,' whereas 'Teplovizor' is a different company."

Context settings

  • Location — optional, sets the context of the user’s region and influences AI responses;
  • Language — required, determines what language AI will respond in;
  • Additional context — optional. You can specify any prompt in it, and it will be sent to the AI together with other settings. Affects AI answers: you can ask the AI to answer shorter or longer, always provide links to brand websites or not, etc.
