How much does it cost to remove implicit duplicates?

How does the tool understand which keywords are implicit duplicates and which are not? Does the tool check search Volume?

The algorithm for identifying implicit duplicates includes stemming and query analysis based on heuristics. The algorithm does not involve checking frequency, but you can check Volume separately, to identify implicit duplicates even more accurately. Read more on the algorithm in the Help Center.

Is it possible to run multiple duplicate cleanup processes with different sets of keywords?

No, there is no such possibility. If you need to use the tool for several different query lists, do the analysis for the first semantic core, then for the second, and so on. Analysis even for semantics' with tens of thousands of keywords takes less than a minute.

Is there no Implicit Duplicates Tool inside the Topvisor project? I want to remove implicit duplicates in a project in my account.

No, the tool is only available in Toolbox. To clean up semantic core that you are working with inside the project, download or copy keywords from the project and paste them into the Toolbox, and then import back only keywords from the field Excluded. Be sure you chose Move duplicates option. As a result implicit duplicates will be moved to a separate group you'll be able to delete or turn off.
