How long are tasks with results stored in Toolbox?
Tasks are stored for 24 hours. When a task is deleted, you will not be able to view or download data on it.
I want to check the indexing and save the data for future tracking. How to do this?
To monitor indexing and see history, create a project in Topvisor and check the indexing status of pages there. It's not possible to transfer the results of the indexing check from Toolbox to the project, but you can download the list of URLs and upload them into the project. Data within the project is stored forever, even if you run out of funds in your account. By default, you cannot check the indexing of pages with different URLs within the same project, but we can set up such a check in your project individually by contacting our support service. What is the difference in the way the indexing check works within a project in Topvisor and in Toolbox?
There are no differences in the principles of checking. Thus, the result of checking the indexing of the same page in a project in Topvisor and through Toolbox will be the same. The difference is that to work through Toolbox you don’t need to create a project, separately upload a URL into it and add search engines — all this can be done on one page. But the results will only be available for 24 hours, while in the project they are stored forever.
