Privacy Policy and Mailing Consent

A User of Topvisor, located on the website on the Internet at https://topvisor.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the Website or the Service), hereby gives their consent to Topvisor LLC (TAX ID: 4726000897, address 191119, St. Petersburg, Voronezhskaya St., 5, litera A, premises 34‑n, office 242, hereinafter referred to as the Operator) to process and provide the Operator with their personal data, taking into account the conditions specified in this consent (hereinafter referred to as the Consent).

The issuance (acceptance) of this Agreement shall take effect upon registration on the Site, as well as by using the Site without registration.

This Agreement applies to all information that the Operator may receive about the User during their use of the Site. By using the Site, the User unconditionally agrees to the processing of their personal data, including via web analytics systems. In case of disagreement with these terms, the User must refrain from using the Site.

  1. The User confirms that he/she has read and understood the Operator’s personal data processing policy, posted on the Internet at the address: https://topvisor.com/privacy/.
  2. The User agrees to the processing of their personal data both with and without the use of automated tools. The user agrees to the following actions with personal data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.
  3. The purpose of processing the User's personal data is:
    • enabling the User’s access to and use of the Site, including for the identification of the User, conclusion, modification, termination and execution of the agreement with the User.
    • ensuring communication between the Operator and the User through the personal (contact) data provided by the User, including sending newsletters to the User's email address in the form of emails, namely: information about the balance status on the Site, payment of invoices, information about demo access to the Site, other informational messages related to the registered account; Service news — updates, new functions, etc.; information about existing Service tools — promotions and contests; Topvisor‑Journal news: a digest of new articles for the month, information about useful articles, etc.; information about the Operator's partners, their promotions and offers, etc.
    • conducting marketing research, monitoring and improving the operation of the Site and the tools provided by the Service, statistical and analytical research, analysis of user activity, service quality enhancement.
  4. The User grants consent for the processing, including the cross‑border transfer, of all personal data posted by the User on the Website and/or communicated to the Operator in any other way (including, but not limited to: organization name; last name, first name, patronymic; website address; residential/location address; contact telephone number; email address; date of birth; authorization data and User identifiers, cookies, including data collected by the Yandex Metrica, Google Analytics web analytics systems (the list of such data is posted on the website of the relevant web analytics system).
  5. The User confirms that all the data provided by them belongs to them personally. The Operator does not verify the accuracy of the personal data submitted by the User. In case of providing false (inaccurate, unreliable) information, as well as in case of untimely change of outdated information, The User assumes full responsibility for any negative consequences resulting from such inaccuracies.
  6. Consent to the processing of personal data is given from the moment the User provides the Operator with their personal data without limiting the period of its validity (until the User revokes the Consent to the processing of personal data or until the moment the processing of personal data is terminated).
  7. The User also hereby gives their consent to receive advertising and informational mailings to their e‑mail address in the form of e‑mails, namely: information about the balance status of their account on the Site, payment of invoices, information about demo access to the Site, and other informational messages related to the registered account; Service news — updates, new functions, etc.; information about existing Service tools — promotions and contests; Topvisor Magazine news: a digest of new articles for the month, information about useful articles, etc.; information about the Operator’s partners, their promotions and offers, etc.
  8. The User is notified that he/she has the right to revoke their Consent at any time (including their consent to receive the Operator’s advertising and information mailing list) by sending a written statement to the Operator. The revocation of Consent, as well as other written statements, may be sent by the User by registered mail with an itemized list of enclosures to the Operator’s registered address, or via email to info@topvisor.com. The Operator is obliged to stop processing personal data within 10 (ten) business days from the moment of receiving the Operator’s corresponding request. After the User’s revocation, the processing of personal data is terminated and the User’s personal data is subject to destruction.
