To get started download the Topvisor app on the App store: it's free and available for iPad, iPhone or iPod. Install the app and launch it. If you already have a Topvisor account, use your credentials to sign into the app. Otherwise, sign up for a new account.
You may also choose to sign up with social media. We support Facebook, Twitter, and G+ social logins.
After you sign in you'll be redirected to the list of projects. To add a project press + in the right-upper corner, enter a project URL and press Add.
After you create your project you can add keywords, search engines, schedule ranking reports and add competitors (optionally). To access project settings, press a gear in the right-upper corner.
To access the navigation menu, move to the projects list and press a hamburger button. The menu displays personal details: account owner info (a pic, a name or a nickname, email), account balance. If necessary navigate and switch to one of the screens: Bank, Projects, Support, Terms of Service or press Log out if you need to quit your session.
How do I top up the balance?
To top up your balance press +, move to the Bank and press Refill.
Enter the sum of the credit, press Next, fill in the details and press Continue.
Submitting a customer support request
To contact Topvisor Customer Support, move to the menu, press Support and +
To add project IDs to your request, press a paper clip, tap Add project ID, check one or several projects, and press OK.
Keyword rank tracking
To track keyword rankings, select a project, swipe to access menu and press Update. To track rankings for all projects press a round arrow in the upper part of the screen and tap Update.
To apply filter and track rankings, navigate to the project, pick a search engine, a location and press a round arrow in the bottom of the screen. Make sure, you've applied correct filters and tap Filtered.
